This website (hereinafter referred to as Website) is managed by the Paris Tobacco Commercial sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, al. §1 Administrator

1. Your personal data are administered by us, i.e. the Paris Tobacco Commercial sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-697 Warsaw. In the further part of the Privacy Policy, we refer to ourselves either as “us” or as the “Administrator”.

2. Privacy and personal data protection are very important to us, because we care and try to do the right things for the right reasons. This Privacy Policy contains information about how the personal information that you provide on the Website or that we collect about you when you use the Website is processed and protected by the Paris Tobacco Commercial as an administrator in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

§2 Personal data protection

1. Any personal information that you provide on the Website or that we collect when you use the Website, is processed by the Administrator in accordance with the GDPR and other provisions of the law governing the processing of your personal data.

2. We use the legally required technical measures of data protection preventing unauthorised acquisition and modification of the personal data transmitted within our Website.

1. We process your personal data, therefore:

a. you have the right to access your personal data,

b. you can rectify them,

c. you can request removal of your personal data if allowed by the GDPR,

d. you have the right to restrict the processing thereof to the extent specified by the GDPR.

CONTACTING US THROUGH CONTACT FORM, EMAIL OR PHONE

1. What kind of data are we processing?

a. full name, email address, telephone number;

b. data given voluntarily in the contact form, email or during a telephone conversation.

2. Why do we need your data, i.e. what is the purpose of their processing?

We process your data in order to respond to your message and to resolve your case.

3. What are your rights?

We describe them in § 3, 4 and 5 of Privacy Policy.

4. Do you have to give us your data?

It is voluntary. Without providing your contact details we may not be able to respond to your query.

5. On what legal basis are your data processed?

Art. 6 paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent. Remember, you can always withdraw your consent. If you want to do this, please contact us.

6. Who will we pass your data to?

We will pass your personal data to entities involved in hosting the Website or IT providers, as well as members of our staff tasked with replying to your query. In addition, based on our legitimate interest consisting of the need to provide a definitive answer to your query we may pass your information to our affiliated company, Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing sp. z o.o. (ul Przemysłowa 25, Skrzyńsko, 26-400 Przysucha), but only if your query directed to us via the Website related directly to the operations of Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing sp. z o.o. The scope of the data provided will be kept to a minimum necessary to respond to your query.

7. Forwarding data outside of the European Economic Area

The Administrator does not plan to forward your personal data to recipients outside the EEA. However, if the need arises, we can do it, providing for an adequate level of protection and applying the relevant provisions of the law.

8. How long will we be processing your personal information?

No longer than the time it takes to solve the case presented by you. In any case, your data will not be processed for a period longer than the date of withdrawing consent for processing of the data. After this time, your data are deleted or archived, in order to fulfil legal obligations.

CONTACTING US FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES, INCLUDING VIA A FORM ON THE WEBSITE

1. What kind of data are we processing?

a. your identification and contact details,

b. your previous work experience (e.g. employment history, work permit information, education, certificates),

c. additional personal information contained in your resume or cover letter that you choose to provide for our consideration.

2. Why do we need your data, i.e. what is the purpose of their processing?

a. We collect your personal information for the purpose of recruitment activities, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as those related to the assessment of job applicants, job seekers or to protect against claims based on these provisions.

b. We may contact you by using the contact information provided by you, in order to give you answers regarding the application for a specific position for which you have submitted your candidacy.

c. Your personal information may be used, only with your permission, to consider your candidacy in a wider range than in relation to a specific job opportunity (in this case it is required to provide additional consent in the recruitment form).

3. What are your rights?

We describe them in § 3, 4 and 5 of Privacy Policy.

4. Do you have to give us your data?

a. Providing us with your personal information is voluntary, however, the application for a specific position requires a specific range of personal data. If you do not provide all the data required in the application, our ability to consider your job application may be limited.

b. When considering a specific job, we may ask you to provide the names and contact information in order to obtain references (you will be asked for permission to check references before submitting contact information).

5. On what legal basis are your data processed?

a. Art. 6 paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR, when the processing is necessary for the objectives of our legitimate interests, consisting of seeking employees and conducting recruitment procedures aimed at employment of the best-qualified employee.

b. Art. 6 paragraph 1(b) of the GDPR, to the extent necessary for the execution and performance of employment contracts.

c. Art. 6 paragraph 1(c) of the GDPR, to the extent necessary for the performance by us of our legal duties.

d. Art. 6 paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR, in relation to other data, which were not covered by the Labour Code or other laws, including on the basis of an additional, voluntary consent for the processing of personal data for the purpose of future recruitment. Remember, you can always withdraw your consent. If you want to do this, please contact us.

6. Who will we pass your data to?

a. members of our staff – people who have access to information about candidates may include our HR Specialists and Managers responsible for the recruitment for different positions;

b. Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing sp. z o.o. (ul Przemysłowa 25, Skrzyńsko, 26-400 Przysucha) for the purpose of recruitment conducted by our affiliated company, the Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing sp. z o.o. – exclusively on the basis of your voluntary and optional consent;

c. designated recruitment agencies who need to know your specific data in order to perform their duties relating to recruitment;

8. How long will we be processing your personal information?

We store your personal information only for the period necessary to conduct recruitment for a given position, in any event not longer than 6 months from the date of submitting the application for the purpose of a given recruitment process. In the case of expressing a separate consent to the processing of your data for future recruitment (also in relation to the data made available with your approval to Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing sp. z o.o.), the data will be processed for a maximum period of 2 years unless you specify a shorter duration of your consent. In any case, your data will not be processed for a period longer than the date of withdrawing consent for processing of the data. After this time, your data are deleted or archived, in order to fulfill legal obligations.

1. The cookie files are computer data, in particular text files, that are stored in the terminal equipment of a user of the Website and are intended for use by the Website. The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how the users use our Website, to improve the functioning of the Website, ensuring a more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on our Website.

3. Cookies identify the user, allowing us to adapt the content of the Website to the individual needs of the user. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of use of our Website, and the collected data is used only within the Paris Tobacco Commercial company to optimize its activities.

4. The entity installing cookies on the end user device and the entity receiving access to them is the Website operator Paris Tobacco Commercial sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-697 Warsaw.

5. The Website automatically collects the information contained in cookies.

6. The Website uses files (cookies) in order to:

a) match the content of the website to the individual preferences of the user. First of all, these files recognize their device to display the page according to their preferences;

b) prepare statistics to help learn about user preferences and behaviours. The analysis of these statistics is anonymous and allows to adjust the content and appearance of the Website to the prevailing trends. The statistics are also used to assess the popularity of the site.

b) permanent cookies – stored on the user's device until the end of their life (i.e. the parametrized time for cookie duration) or until their removal by the user.

13. Personal data, which is collected using "cookies", are collected solely in connection with the performance of certain functions for a user. The collected data are encrypted in a manner preventing unauthorized access.

Terms of Use

1. The Website is provided free of charge and does not require a guarantee or warranty (unless there is a clear message stating otherwise). The information contained on this Website is intended for informational purposes only.

2. Apart from cases of clear provisions on the matter contained on the Website, Paris Tobacco Commercial shall not be responsible for the content, or for use by the Website user of any websites, nor for any messages sent to the user of the Website or received by them.

3. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights used as part of this Website belong to Paris Tobacco Commercial and / or its licensors. The user of the Website shall not acquire any rights to it, except for the limited right to use the Website in accordance with the Terms of Use. The user of the Website may not sell, offer to sell, or distribute, using any medium, any part of this Website or its content. Nevertheless, the user of the Website may print and download information and content from the Website solely for their personal, non-commercial use. Except as stated in these Terms of Use, the user may not make any part of this Website available within another website by downloading data from hyperlinks on the Internet (scraping, crawling, framing), or in any other way, unless a written authorization by Paris Tobacco Commercial is obtained.

4. The user of the Website may not use it in a manner inconsistent with the law, and in particular agrees that they will not send, use, copy, publish or allow the publication of any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, obscene or violate the privacy of another person. The user of the Website agrees not to send any unsolicited promotional or advertising material, spam or similar materials or bulk messages, which could disturb the functioning of this Website or its use by other users.

5. Paris Tobacco Commercial reserves the right to improve, modify, suspend temporarily or permanently – at any time and without notice – the whole or any part of this Website, and to limit or prevent access to it.

The user of the Website hereby agrees to indemnify Paris Tobacco Commercial from liability for any costs, claims, losses and damages (including court costs and lawyers' fees) incurred or awarded against Paris Tobacco Commercial as a result of improper use of this Website or a breach of these Terms of Use.

7. In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, Paris Tobacco Commercial may suspend or block the user’s access to the Website and to refuse their further use of it.

8. Paris Tobacco Commercial provides this Website on an “as is” basis, without any warranty – express or implied – regarding its operation, reliability of posted information or products or services referenced by this Website (to the extent where such warranties may be excluded under applicable law). Paris Tobacco Commercial shall not be liable for any loss or damage – contractual, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, direct or indirect (including, without limitation, direct or indirect loss of profits), incidental, consequential or extraordinary – that might arise from visit to or use of this Website. The sole and exclusive remedy available to the user in this regard is to discontinue using the Website.

9. In the event of any provision of these Terms of Use being unenforceable under applicable legal provisions, this will not affect the remaining provisions.

10. These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Paris Tobacco Commercial and user of the Website, constituting the entire agreement between them.

11. These Terms of Use, as well as the contents of this Website are subject only to the laws of Polish and Polish courts.
